Lehbek 29 in Gelting

We had to get to know the "fair" breakfast there and are still stunned. On the one hand, you have to wait until 11 a.m. for the operators to deign, guests To pull over the table with your sustainable, old hodgepodge of partly old and dry food. For a whopping € 20 per person there were 1 1/4 old, bone-dry rolls, 2 slices of hard bread, and so minimal cold cuts that we had to agree who gets what since we were there with 4 people but only 3 pieces of ham were served. Egg in whatever form was out of the question when asked. There is only sustainability here if the landlady makes a living. For guests, besides hunger, the only thing left is the realization that they have been ripped off UNfair under the guise of eco and fair under economic interests.

We went there for dinner on our vacation. I first became aware of it through the good reviews. When I read on the homepage that special emphasis is placed on the quality of the dishes on offer, the decision was made. We were not disappointed. All the positive reviews are true. The service was very nice and attentive. The food (pumpkin soup and rump steak with steak fries) was absolutely great! The meat was very aromatic, tender and grilled to the point! For dessert there was a piece of the delicious cake. All in all worth a full 5 stars!

The delicious cakes in a chilled display case literally laugh at you, but I was there for dinner. It was also top-of-the-line in terms of appearance, quality and taste, and the final espresso was one of the best I've had in years. They know what they are doing there and bring it to the connoisseur in a friendly and friendly manner. Address is saved with a favorite star. I'll be back.

We were there for dinner. Delicious! The owner even came back to ask about intolerances, as I didn't want herder cheese on the burger. The service is great and so is the food. Clear recommendation!

Lehbek 29 is a café which can be found at this address in Gelting on the B199. Quite inconspicuous is the way to the parking lot, on which more than a dozen cars find space. From the parking lot you can reach the café via a terrace equipped with about 10 tables and glass elements for wind protection. Here you can directly see the pies that are presented in a refrigerated glass cabinet. Depending on which cake you laugh at the most, here is a decision made quickly. In the worst case you have to be seduced and treat yourself to two pieces. For lovers of a particularly good coffee, the anticipation rises at the sight of the portafilter machine behind the counter. The double Espresso from Italian beans is one of the best I have drunk so far. The high ceilings and the mix of modern and rustic furnishings create a cozy and soothing atmosphere. On the leather-covered chairs, it can stand it well, so that you can treat yourself to a digestive, such as a mild and fruity Grappa. At this point I thank the owners. I take the quality with enthusiasm and we will gladly and certainly more often come back. Addendum: 20.05.2018 Today we could enjoy the cake on the terrace. The seats were well protected from the wind. The umbrellas are large, so you can find a place in the shade. The traffic of the federal highway has not been noticed negatively. The glass panels dampen the sound, so that only a few classic cars have attracted attention.

Actually we only wanted a piece of cake, but then it was so nice that we stayed. To the rump steak with farmer salad and a glass of Merlot. Very nice.... Nice, accommodating, unruffled, good food and really nice ambience - we will be back.

Everything is right here - fresh and tasty. Coffee specialties, fresh tea, cake variety and music , Especially the lovingly designed guest rooms and the organization.

A very cozy, stylish ambience and a very hospitable owner-couple. Feel good from the first moment. 👍Very delicious, home-made cake, wide selection of drinks. Unfortunately, we have not tested the evening offer yet, but if that's as good as the cake, everything fits. We will be back when we are in the area.

Lehbek 29 is really a really nice cafe. You can feel that a lot of effort is made with the food and drinks on offer. This is how you stand out from the crowd and feel totally welcome and comfortable as a guest.

What looks simple on the outside is tastefully decorated on the inside. Delicious coffee and cake. I can only recommend it!
